2. PROOF | Receive a proof in your email within 1 to 2 days.
3. REVISE | Send revisions (unlimited times revisions)
*APPROVAL REQUIRED* A delay in approving your proof will delay the production schedule accordingly.
Please make sure to check your inbox or spam folder for proof. If we do not receive your approval within one week or sooner if your deadline is approaching, we will automatically process your order. Once the proof has been in production, changes can no longer be made, and we will not be responsible for any errors.
4. PRINT | Production starts immediately after the final approval, 3-5 days to finish.

Shipping Policy
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Return Policy
In order to provide a better shopping experience and customer service, Dbackdrop promises to issue a full refund including shipping fee (if there is) for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped orders.
If you find any quality problems with our product when you receive your package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We are always ready to help.

What size backdrops should I choose?
If you don't know how to choose your backdrops size,please read these questions.
1. Full-body or waist-up? If you are planning to take full-body portraits, make sure use a rubber floor mat to match the background. Or you will need a backdrop that is long enough to extend onto the floor,we also have many backdrops include the floor that save your budget.
2. How big is your studio space? We recommend measuring the space where you plan to use the backdrop, especially if it is for an event. It can be frustrating to show up on the day of an event, only to realize your backdrop is too big (or too small) for your venue.
