Depending on your ordered item, the production/processing time will differ slightly.
Ready To Ship Products
A selection of our products is Ready to Ship, meaning they are in stock at our warehouse and typically ship within 2 business days. You can choose from available items within the "Ready to Ship" collection.
Made-To-Order Products
Most of our products are Made-to-Order, meaning that we only begin production once an order has been received. For custom products, an additional 1-2 days may be required to confirm the sample proof before production begins.

We provide FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $139, excluding some remote regions. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the table below for shipping method options, shipping time, and estimated shipping fee. Kindly note that the actual shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page based on your order.

The above shipping time only reflects the usual timearound for international deliveries. It may be affected by factors such as flight, weather, and other external factors. There will be difference of arrival time when shipping to the same country but different address. For remote locations, delivery may take longer.


We work hard to ensure every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package leaves our warehouses we have little control over what happens to the package. If something goes wrong in transit, we will do our best to help.


Please Read Before You Order

  • The total delivery time around includes the production time (the time it takes to print and package the product) and the shipping time. During holidays and large sales, production time will be extended. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been shipped.
  • Some of the products like fabric backdrops, rubber floor mats, and backdrop stands may be shipped separately due to different production time and packaging requirements. As a result, these items may arrive in different package at different time.


Important Notice

  1. Shipping Address: Standard/Rush Delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. For efficient delivery, we kindly request you to provide a detailed and accurate street address. This will help avoid EMS shipping that may take longer.
  2. Shipping Carriers: We ship orders with reliable carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Rest assured, we'll select the properest carrier for your order.
  3. Address Changes: If the item hasn't been shipped, you can change your delivery address free of charge by contacting our customer service. However, once the item has been shipped, there will be a $13 fee to amend the address, as we need to pay third-party logistics providers for this service.
  4. Shipping Delays: In rare instances, there may be unpredictable shipping delays. But we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time. If your order is significantly delayed, we will assist you in tracking it and potentially submitting a claim to the carrier.
  5. Lost Shipments: If your package has not been delivered or tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it and potentially submitting a claim to the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will arrange a reissue or refund for you.
  6. Additional Note: By placing an order, you agree to our processing time, return policy, and shipping policy.
